Strategic Risk Solutions Inc. (SRS), the world’s largest independent captive management and consulting firm, is looking for a Business Systems/Business Development Intern.
This paid full time remote internship is tailored for students entering their Junior or Senior year that have an inquisitive eye and are curious about data.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct research into broker partners and harvest global data
- Assist in maintaining and enhancing CRM and internal databases
- Scrutinize data sources that will convert data into information
- Convert data into live, actionable dashboards and metrics to tell a story
- Assist with upcoming internal reporting upgrades
- Offer insights for ongoing reporting enhancements
- Conduct a variety of general administrative tasks
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate with relevant work experience and/or coursework in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or related field
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Visual Basic, and Excel
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Lists, etc.) a plus
- Experience with SharePoint a plus
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to professional quality
- Ability to work effectively independently, take direction, and absorb information quickly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
