Business Development Representative, P&C Group Captives
Garnet - Remote - Full Time
Strategic Risk Solutions Inc. (SRS), the world’s largest independent insurance company manager, is growing and looking for a strategic and driven Business Development Executive to join Garnet Captive – our division that administers group captive programs.
This remote Bay Area based position will be responsible for working with new and existing insurance agencies to educate and deliver on group captive products to their clientele.
Salary Range for the role is $90,000-$125,000 annually based on level of experience with additional commissions.
1+ years of proven commercial lines experience; Property & Casualty
Experience within Captive/Alternative Risk nice to have
Established commercial broker relationships are strongly preferred
Ability and drive to foster new agency relationships
Performs work accurately and to the best of their ability, capable of problem solving
Desire to learn and grow in a dynamic team and provide feedback
Travel required; percentage dependent on location of candidates’ home office
