Prepare or coordinate financial reports, regulatory filings, reconciliations, and other client deliverables as needed for a portfolio of captive insurance clients.
Review insurance and corporate documentation and maintain accurate, up-to-date records.
Respond promptly to client, regulator, and internal team requests with a high level of professionalism and service.
Help coordinate communications and relationships with clients, auditors, bankers, legal counsel, and other service providers.
Assist with preparing for and participating in client Board of Director meetings.
Contribute to special projects, reporting initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts that support the team and client experience.
Provide day-to-day support to ensure the smooth operation of the Company and assigned client accounts.
Experience in accounting, captive insurance, financial reporting, or regulated environments is preferred.
CPA designation (or progress toward completion) is an asset.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong client-service mindset.
Self-motivated, collaborative, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel as circumstances require.
