Strategic Risk Solutions Inc. (SRS), the world’s largest independent insurance company manager, is growing and looking for an RFP Administrator professional to join our Benefit Partners Division. SRS launched SRS Benefit Partners to support the growth and development of group Employee Benefit captives. Our focus is to provide a meaningful, accessible alternative to the current market options to our defined agency partners.
This role supports the operations and business development teams throughout the Request for Proposal (RFP) process. The job entails uploading and saving of health insurance information and insurance carrier proposals. It also comprises of assessing and incorporating data into spreadsheets to be presented to insurance brokers and their clients/prospects.

It also comprises of assessing and incorporating data into spreadsheets to be presented to insurance brokers and their clients/prospects.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Create and save incoming files in individual folders
- Review files for completeness (support team)
- Upload files on Insurance Carrier Portals (support team)
- Send cover emails to carriers outlining quote criteria and program
- Prepare benchmark financial pro formas for the initial program quotes
- Summarize current health insurance rates and compare them to proposal
- Complete SRS BP pro forma with current health insurance information and proposed information:
- Sort through and summarize current information and input data
- Input proposal information and confirm data populates throughout the pro forma document.
- Update the documents with new versions when data is finalized
- Prepare information for peer review calls.
Attributes and Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Individuals should be detailed oriented, able to assess information efficiently and problem solve easily.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- The understanding of Excel will be an advantage
- Training will be provided through much of August.
- Exceptional problem-solving, organizational and communication skills. Desire to learn and grow in a dynamic team and provide feedback.
